Who's this programme for?
This interactive programme (can be delivered virtually for individuals or in person within organisations) is designed for mangers and leaders looking to make a positive change in their leadership style and build a productive, empowered collaborative team.
The programme is 6x modules over 3 months.
We want this to be a beautiful, supportive setting for leaders to share Ideas, so group size is limited to an absolute maximum of 12 people.
